Are sessions held in person or via telehealth?
Dr. Kramer offers a hybrid model, mostly seeing children and adolescents in person and generally meeting with parents via video conference. Dr. Kramer works with each family to determine the optimal plan for their needs.
Will services be covered by my insurance plan?
Dr. Kramer does not contract with any insurance companies. Some plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services and Dr. Kramer can provide a detailed monthly receipt for you to submit directly to your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance company directly to determine out-of-network benefits.
How much do sessions cost?

What are your payment policies?
Payment is due at time of session. Dr. Kramer accepts cash, checks, and credit cards. If you have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account, you can pay for services with the affiliated credit card or you can ask for a monthly receipt to submit for reimbursement.
Do you work with families outside of Massachusetts?
Dr. Kramer is a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts and Vermont. Psychotherapy sessions with residents of Massachusetts are held either in person or via telehealth. Psychotherapy sessions with residents of Vermont are conducted via telehealth.
